FOR CLEANING SERVICES
QUOTATION TO BE RECEIVED BY: 21/7/2023
The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) established on December 14, 1950 by the United Nations General Assembly[1], requests your price quotation for the services specified in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The aim of the assignment is to conclude a contract with a professional cleaning company for provision of cleaning services for UNHCR’s office in Sofia, located at 2 Pozitano Sq, Business center Perform, 4th floor. The initial term of the contact is 2 years with a possibility for extension for one additional year. After the 3rd year, the services will be re-tendered. The estimated starting date of the contract is 1 August 2023.
Please find attached in ANNEX B – Terms of Reference (translation into Bulgarian attached), detailed description of the services requested. Attached as Annex E is also a plan of the office on the 4th floor. You can submit your questions related to this RFQ in writing to [email protected].
Please submit your price proposal in BGN by using Anex C form and as described in Annex B. Please be aware that the proposal must be dated, signed, and stamped to be considered valid. Please also submit the completed questionnaire Annex D and attach to it the documents indicated in p.10, p.11, p. 15.
We will appreciate it very much, if you can submit your proposal by 21 July 2023, 11:59 local BG time by e-mail to [email protected] and copy to [email protected].
Please know that the e-mail policy employed by UNHCR limits the size of attachments to a maximum of [20] Mb so it may be necessary to send more than one e-mail for the whole submission.
Please indicate in the e-mail subject field:
Your quotation must be valid at least for 60 days. The standard payment terms of UNHCR is net 30 days upon satisfactory delivery of goods or services and acceptance thereof by UNHCR.
Please find attached in ANNEX A the UNHCR’s General Conditions of Contracts for the Provision of Services-2010 which have to be acknowledged by submitting a signed copy together with your offer.
Please note that submitting an offer is deemed as full acceptance of UNHCR’s General Conditions for Provision of Goods and Services.
The award of this order will be done to the lowest and most compliant bid submitted.
UNHCR reserves the right to accept the whole or part of your bid, or to allow split or partial awards.
