UNHCR collaborates with Governments, intergovernmental, non-governmental organizations, UN agencies, community-based organizations, universities, the judiciary and the private sector to protect and assist refugees and pursue durable solutions.
UNHCR has long-standing partnership of over 30 years with Government of Armenia to protect, assist and build better futures for the of refugees, internally displaced and stateless people in Armenia. UNHCR assists the government in coordinating, delivering the response and addressing protection issues. Typically, this involves coordination arrangements, partnership with various government departments in service delivery, and regular dialogue at all levels on refugee protection issues.
