Contacting the IGO Investigation Section
A Complaint to Make
All UNHCR staff members have a duty to report instances of misconduct and are required to cooperate unreservedly with the Inspector General's Office.
For other complainants, the allegation could be anonymous, however the IGO encourages anyone making an allegation to provide their name and/or contact details because it facilitates the conduct of the investigation.
Strict confidentiality standards as well as other standards and procedural safeguards apply to investigations conducted by the IGO. IGO safeguards the confidentiality of the identity of the person from whom or the entity from which it receives a report of possible misconduct.
