13 Aug 2002 A first group of 267 Namibian refugees in Botswana's Dukwi camp have gone home to the Caprivi region under the UN refugee agency's voluntary repatriation programme. Over 800 have signed up to return, with more expected to follow upon proof of the programme's success. -
